Terms and conditions of use
Before purchasing your digital files from our site please ensure that they are compatible with what you are intending to use them with and the process to create your products. Due to the nature of digital sales there can be no refunds for any error in purchase. Apart from a few 3D printing files the only files we offer are dedicated designs for print. These can be standard prints for framing, making stickers or for the majority they are purchased to use within sublimation printing for custom print items like mugs, clothing and homewares etc.
You are not purchasing physical items unless it is clearly indicated in the listing
Refunds for Mail Order Items
All of the retail items offered to you are almost always made to your custom request, they may have names added, choice of coloured mugs, or for 3d prints these will be printed to your specific colour options. As a result of this custom print orders cannot be refunded if you decided you no longer want the item you have ordered. Should your item arrived broken (mugs) you will receive a replacement sent to you at no cost to you.
Replacing Items Due to Your Error
Any custom names are copied directly from your input and mistakes for incorrect spellings will not be our responsibility and should you need to replace the mug due to error you will be given a 30% discount for reprinting, postage will remain at the standard price of the original item.
Spread the word, not the file
We have priced our items at the low end of the price bracket in order to help everyone purchasing from our store to maximise income as a result we ask that you do not share these files in any way, this includes Facebook groups, file sharing websites or print on demand websites.
Know your software
The are a wide range of software programs that we all use in the process of design, print and vinyl cutting. As a result of this our files maybe labels up for a particular printing process, however if you know your software and wish to process it for a different method this is ok and totally at your discretion. However, if you are having issue using files for different methods we cannot be responsible for any errors or file issues as a result of this.
Accessing your digital files
Due to the main process being done through a desktop pc, we recommend opening the zip file on the desktop. Some mobile devices both phone and tablet may not open the zip file. For more details of how to access your digital purchase please see the link up on the grey bar at the top of every page.
