All of my designs are created to a high standard and with the exception of a few at 300dpi the majority are created at 600dpi and also have transparent backgrounds to enable you to add to with texts or other backgrounds you choose. Having a high dpi will give you confidence that all of your products whether they are keyrings, mugs, pet bowls or blankets and flags will print and look stunning.
Files are provided in zip compressed format which means they will need to be unzipped to your computer or compatible device before use. All designs are provided with the minimum of a transparent PNG or with additional file formats such as JPEG, SVG for cutting machines or PDF for support leaflets for the mug templates etc. PNG is an industry standard image format and will work with any program you need to print from for your sublimation, DTG / DTF / Stickers or card needs.
Some products are provided as program specific and these are the products in the Mug layout tools. For these products you will need to have the program it is designed for or in the case of Canva templates you will need to have the program installed, you do not need a subscription to Canva to use my templates.
Whilst I am happy to answer any questions about any of my products or the process of use I am unable to give you product support for other peoples designs or how to use individual programs.
