PJB Design are proud to be able to offer a 3D printing service based on the outskirts of Scunthorpes business area in the heart of North Lincolnshire. 

Our current line up includes over 16 printers that are able to meet the demands of most customer requests. Our print farm is made up of the following..

  • Bambu P1S
    We also have a fleet of P1S in the farm for multicolour options with a standard print size of 256 x 256 x 256mm, these printers are able to meet all printing demands.

  • QIDI Q2
    The Q2 sits in between the large H series of Bambu and the P1s with a print volume of 270 x 270 x 256mm, and the Q2 also offers a stunning print quality with one of the best top layer finishes I have seen across many brands,

  • Bambu H2S
    Overall this provides us with our biggest print volume so far with a stunning print size of 340 x 320 x 340
  • Bambu H2D
    This is our second largest printer but has a duan print head so is more than capable of taking care of your multicolour print jobs and can print up to 8 colours at present.


Who Can Use Our Print Services?

Our printing services are primarily available for any business who would like regular or one off parts printing these maybe for prototypes or regular parts supply. It is also available to anyone who already owns a 3d printer but just need one print or part of a print thats larger than your current print bed.

I Have Seen a File Online I Would Like to Print, Can I Do That?

Yes, there are many websites that offer prints you can download and print, however if you do not have a printer but would like the file you can either download the file and come and get it printed via our self use printers or you can ask for it printing for you.

How Much Does It Cost?

There are two options for our printing serivice one is aimed at the consumer market so if you just want a single print from a model you have seen online you can come in and hae it made for you. This is a set price of £5 per hour and includes filament*, electric and time to set your file to print. You can bring your sliced or downloaded files on a USB (please ensure this is the only file on your drive) you can also email your files direct to pjbdesign@outlook.com

The second option for printing services is business parts production and prototyping. This is ideal if you want a couple of parts printing to replace something thats broken or whether you have designed a product that you need printing in any run quantity. Also if you need a print printing before production we can also do that for you too. This parts printing is not set an an hourly rate as this would be too expensive so please feel free to contact us if you would like a price, you are welcome to come in or email the details inc size infill, filament type, time requirements etc and I will get back to you with a price asap.
