3D Printing Services

PJB Design are proud to be able to offer a 3D printing service based on the outskirts of Scunthorpes business area in the heart of North Lincolnshire. 

Our current line up includes the following printers

• Elegoo Centauri Carbon
  This printer like all our printers offers a really good print qualilty and print speed combined with a print bed size of 256 x 256 x 256mm. These are running 0.4mm nozzles.
  
  
• Flashforge AD5X
  This 4 colour printer so offer a high quality print and has a print bed size of 220 x 220 x 220mm. These are running 0.4mm nozzles
  
  
• Flashforge AD5M PRO
  The AD5M pro is a true trooper and is the 1st core XY printers I bought in 2023. These offer the same print size as the AD5X and are both currently running 0.25mm mozzles.
  
  
• Anycubic Kobra S1
  The newest printer to be added is the Anycubic S1 combo with a 4 colour unit. With a print bed the same as the Centauri Carbon this also offers a great print quality. 256 x 256 x 256mm, this is also running a 0.4mm nozzle.
  
  
• QIDI Q2
  This will be our biggest prnter with a bed size of 270 x 270 x 256mm. It is currently on order and should be available for printing next week (hopefully).

 

Who Can Use Our Print Services?

Our printing services are open to everyone so whether you are a long term user of 3D printing but just need one print thats larger than your current print bed or have no idea about 3D printing but have seen a file you would like printing you can get it done here.

If you are curious about 3D printing and are thinking about upgrading your current printer and would like to see the quality of a particular brand you can also get a file printed with us to make sure you are happy with the quality.

How Much Does It Cost?

Our aim is to be able to offer a low cost print service to everyone and assessed the 3D products we sell online and broken them down to an hourly price. If a product costs £X per hour to sell then this cost you also apply to the hourly cost to use the printer. 

Our charge £5 per hour which includes filament*, electric and time to set your file to print. You are able to slice your own file if you have the ability to do so. Files accepted in Orca and also Orca-Flashforge slicers. You can bring your sliced files on a USB (please ensure this is the only file on your drive) you can also email your files direct to pjbdesign@outlook.com

If you do not have access to a slicer and just have a downloaded file to print either STL or 3MF we can set the file for you for a single charge of £3.
